TERMS AND CONDITIONS
West TN ONEUP

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
   WestTNOneUP is a nonprofit youth development organization providing athletic training, mentoring, academic support, leadership development, and related programming. Participation is voluntary and subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2. ELIGIBILITY
   Participants must meet age, enrollment, and program-specific requirements. A parent or legal guardian must complete registration and consent for minors.
3. REGISTRATION AND FEES
   Some programs, events, or services may require registration fees. Fees are disclosed before enrollment. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
   Participation in athletic and physical activities involves inherent risks, including injury. By enrolling, participants and guardians acknowledge these risks and agree to assume full responsibility for participation.
5. MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY
   Participants must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, or limitations during registration. WestTNOneUP does not provide medical insurance. Guardians are responsible for all medical expenses incurred.
6. CODE OF CONDUCT
   Participants, parents, and volunteers are expected to demonstrate respect, sportsmanship, and appropriate behavior. WestTNOneUP reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with program values. Removal does not guarantee a refund.
7. ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION
   Consistent attendance is expected. Excessive absences or failure to follow program guidelines may result in suspension or removal from activities.
8. MEDIA RELEASE
   By participating, you grant WestTNOneUP permission to use photos, videos, and recordings of participants for promotional, educational, and fundraising purposes unless a written opt-out is submitted.
9. TRANSPORTATION
   Unless explicitly stated, WestTNOneUP is not responsible for transportation to or from programs, practices, or events.
10. VOLUNTEERS
    Volunteers may be subject to background checks and training requirements. WestTNOneUP reserves the right to approve or deny volunteer participation at its discretion.
11. LIABILITY WAIVER
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, WestTNOneUP, its staff, volunteers, partners, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12. PROGRAM CHANGES
    WestTNOneUP reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, programming, or staffing as necessary.
13. TERMINATION
    WestTNOneUP may suspend or terminate participation for violations of these Terms and Conditions without notice.
14. PRIVACY
    Personal information collected is used solely for program administration and communication and is not sold or shared except as required by law.
15. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
16. ACCEPTANCE
    By registering or participating in any WestTNOneUP program, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
